Here is a new illustration that I made for the Indypendent, a small free paper in New York City. In summary, this illustration is paired with an essay about student tuition at CUNY colleges have risen over the last five years with the promise to use that money to benefit the students. However, the rise in tuition has only been enough to cover the rise in utilities and other bills associated with running a school. So the cost of these community colleges goes up but nothing has really changed.
